About Fernhill Heath Baptist Church

Fernhill Heath Baptist Church is a congregation of about 40 people.
The church has existed since 1903 when it was a branch chapel of Worcester Baptist Church (Sansome Walk) starting as a Sunday School.

It has grown over the years and in 1993 it became an independent Baptist Church within the Baptist Union of Great Britain and since then has grown considerably.

The church aspires to live in the power of the Holy Spirit and to be effective for the Lord Jesus Christ within the community.

In our values and vision, the members of the church have committed themselves

To walk together in God's ways

To glorify and worship God
To teach and encourage personal spiritual growth
To care for and share God's love with everyone and
To lead others to faith in Christ

The congregation meets on Sunday mornings and evenings at
our church premises in O'Keys Lane, Fernhill Heath.
We aim to be informal in our worship using a mixture of contemporary and traditional music.
Our preaching is biblical and relevant.

The church also seeks to serve the community around us
and also elsewhere in the world
